French speaking Travel Operations Executive

Salary: Up to £34,000 depending on experience plus Benefits

Our client is a well-established International Tour Operator.
Main Duties:
1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients and prospective groups travelling throughout the UK & Ireland.
2. Provide a high level of customer service to customers.
3. Handle inbound communications and respond accordingly.
4. Respond and deal with all queries in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Work with internal departments to ensure the business is run efficiently.
6. Gain continuous knowledge of holiday group requirements and offers.
7. Able to negotiate supplier rates and always buy at the best possible price.
8. Attend familiarisation trips, trade fairs, and meetings as directed.
Candidate's Profile:
1. Excellent command of English.
2. Full fluency in French mandatory (written and spoken).
3. Experience working with tour operators or similar service providers such as hotel receptions/sales, booking agencies, or similar.
4. Good knowledge of the UK as a destination and its tourism products.
5. Positive, problem solver, confident, and dynamic personality.
6. Good team player / Excellent communication skills.
7. Excellent attention to detail / IT literate.
