Due to the significant growth and ongoing success in the Southwest (Plymouth), we are looking for NEC3 and NEC4 accredited or experienced Project Managers to support the delivery of clients' projects. We are looking to speak to people who have had experience delivering in the defence or security environment, a highly regulated industry such as nuclear, rail, local authority or aviation.

Your Purpose:
1. Provide high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle.
2. Advise clients on the project cost, programme, risks and issues.
3. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
4. Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
5. Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.
6. Implement effective and efficient communication tools.
7. Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met.
8. Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.
9. Constantly pursue performance improvement.
What you can bring?
1. Hold or be working towards a Project Management Qualification with APM, ICE, RICS or similar.
2. Experience in infrastructure projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
3. Experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team.
4. Experience in the adoption and management of best practice Project Management techniques.
5. Knowledge of pre and post-contract Project Management responsibilities and ability to deliver this service effectively to Clients. Significant experience and a working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts is required. NEC Accreditation is preferable.
6. The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle.
7. Have strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working with multiple types of stakeholders with a diverse range of personalities across our client base.
Additional Information:
This role will require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. This will be discussed with you at interview. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
