Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for students with a range of SEN. Assess, plan, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs. Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external agencies. Promote an inclusive, supportive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere. Monitor and track student progress, setting achievable goals. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent. Experience working with children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other learning needs). A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.
