Engagement Support Teaching Assistant An Ofsted outstanding Alternative Provision in Grantham, are seeking an Engagement Teaching Assistant to join their school on a full-time basis commencing in ASAP. You will be responsible for providing nurturing and empathetic support to vulnerable young people. This role will involve working with young people who can be hard to reach and need positive role models to break down barriers and personal challenges. To be successful you must have strong behaviour management skills and have a flexible and dynamic personality. The school are looking for an individual with enthusiasm, positivity, and a flare for alternative education. This can be a challenging environment, but it has a fantastic and rewarding culture. This is a full-time temporary-permanent opportunity. The school is in an isolated location so the ideal candidate will have access to a car or live close to the NG31 area. You are not required to have specific qualifications to be successful, just up to date and relevant experience working with young people.
