AA Euro Healthcare have partnered with an established client in Derry/L'Derry, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing a team of care staff, recruiting new staff, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and achieving operational goals within their assigned area, all while prioritising high quality patient care and upholding the company's standards.
Key responsibilities may include:
Staff Management:
Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified care staff.
Training and onboarding new staff to ensure competency and adherence to company protocols.
Scheduling care staff to meet client needs and optimise staff utilisation.
Performance management, including regular evaluations and coaching of care staff.
Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Client Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families.
Assessing client needs and developing individualised care plans.
Matching care staff with clients based on compatibility and specific requirements.
Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
Sales and Business Development:
Actively seeking new clients through networking and outreach.
Presenting Aspire Care Ireland services to potential clients.
Maintaining positive relationships with referral sources.
Required skills and qualifications:
Healthcare experience: Prior experience in the healthcare industry, ideally with knowledge of home care services.
Leadership abilities: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of care staff.
Client-focused approach: Strong customer service skills and commitment to client satisfaction.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, care staff, and other stakeholders.
