About the Role - Reporting into an inspired Strategy Director, the new Strategy Business Manager will assist the Strategy and Operations senior in the scoping and managing of projects and research initiatives to ensure a successful delivery of strategic objectives. The successful incumbent will play a key role in enhancing and supporting the reporting processes as the organisation grows.
Responsibilities
1. Create strong relationships and networks across the business to assist with operational performance and delivery.
2. Assist in decision-making and implementation of business objectives and operational delivery of initiatives.
3. Manage strategic projects from scope to delivery, in line with objectives and outcomes.
4. Organise and prioritise critical issues and required information for the Director to facilitate efficient discussion and decision making.
5. Review and oversight of the operational systems and processes.
6. Foster the culture of continuous improvement leading to innovation and excellence within our business processes.
7. Interpret and present financial and commercial analysis.
8. Research market trends and industry developments and present to senior stakeholders.
9. Support the team and business units in the supply of quality management information in a timely manner for Board meetings.
10. Working to ensure there is key central messaging delivered effectively to all business units.
11. Maintaining strict confidentiality in line with business requirements.
Qualifications - Educated to degree level is essential in an Accounting, Business Administration or Finance degree preferred.

2. Strong communication, presentation and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to move colleagues towards collective deadlines.

6. Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
7. Flexible and adaptable approach to work/activities to ensure that deliverables are met.
Preferred Skills
1. Confident, determined and deadline driven.
2. An ability to produce research reports and interpret commercial analysis is essential.
3. Previous experience in a business management role with exposure to corporate governance processes is advantageous.
4. Experience of a fast growing business.
5. Renewable energy development and/or real estate investment is beneficial.
Pay range and compensation package - £55,000 - £70,000 base + competitive package
