The team consists of dietitians, community nutritionists, dietetic support workers & support team staff covering the population of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. As a senior member of the Leicestershire CAMHS Eating Disorders service you will be involved in role-modelling & mentoring team members. You will be involved in the treatment of outpatients with occasional inpatient work if required. We are seeking a dietitian who has excellent communication as well as organisational, management and leadership skills to be involved in the exciting expansion of our team. The service is committed to providing comprehensive CPD and we utilise clinical supervision models to support staff development. Some of the duties within this role include: Working as a member of the primary care dietetic team to provide professional and evidence based dietetic advice to patients, parents/carers & staff within the context of CAMHS Eating Disorders. To manage a CAMHS Eating Disorder caseload effectively through phone reviews, outpatient appointments, attending MDT meetings for patients & making clinical decisions. The post will be based in the Leicestershire Nutrition and Dietetic Service Headquarters, close to the M1/M69 junction.
