As a result, LEAP helps law firms help people and make a real difference. The role We are seeking a Content Database Designer to join our successful team. You will be working in a LEAP proprietary database design platform to build content in LEAP’s practice areas. This is the perfect position for someone who wants to combine their eye for detail with their understanding of basic programming concepts. We are looking for someone who is driven to provide the best possible result for clients, who can work independently, and are motivated to find better ways of doing things. This position is not suitable for those seeking a marketing, development, or data analyst role. Requirements What you'll do Implement database design changes in LEAP’s Content Management System, enhancing matter types, tables, and layouts to meet client needs, including the development of the initial matter type structure for day-one firms in The Netherlands. Create and manage a suite of JavaScript calculations for LEAP clients for the benefit of document automation and legal document production. Work closely with Content team members and other departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. Tackle complex tasks with a focus on precision and practicality, ensuring high standards and attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Take on demanding and rewarding work that requires dedication, creativity, and a commitment to achieving exceptional outcomes. Be open to learning new technologies and tools, ensuring ongoing professional development and improved performance. What you'll bring Strong written and spoken skills in English and Dutch languages are essential. Foundational knowledge of JavaScript and a Strong understanding of Microsoft Word. Experience with legal case management systems would also be beneficial. Proven ability to deliver high-quality work autonomously, efficiently managing time and resources to meet deadlines. Solution-focused approach, consistently seeking innovative ways to tackle complex challenges. Proactively learning new through various formats, staying ahead of industry trends.
