The Role - Behaviour Mentor
This Behaviour mentor role is to support SEMH students across primary or secondary year groups. You will be responsible for adapting lessons and tasks to cater to students with a mixture of abilities and needs. As a behaviour mentor, you will be managing social and emotional behaviour challenges and will need to be able to de-escalate and provide a safe learning environment for students.

The school is an all-through SEMH setting that offers an inclusive learning environment to SEMH students. They are based in Hayes, hillingdon. They offer free parking locally, local bus routes throughout Middlesex and a station offering the elizabeth line.
