Key Responsibilities:
* Provide best-in-class service for a seamless transaction, ensuring an excellent customer experience and managing internal discounting to drive profitability.
* Fully engage with customers on every call, ensuring quotes are produced promptly and followed up within 24 hours to maximise opportunities.
* Actively find opportunities to sell Finning parts and convert quotes into sales using relevant discounts and promotions.
* Process all orders efficiently, communicate directly with Customers, and locate delivery options for parts supply as required.

Requirements:
* Previous call-handling experience and knowledge of mechanical components and functionality (Caterpillar Knowledge desirable).
* Awareness of parts supply chain processes and customer service and sales experience.
* GCSE standard education and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
