Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and managing a diverse team of Outsourcing Assistant’s and Seniors across multiple offices. Inspiring, motivating, and coaching team members while fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. Taking ownership of new business opportunities by delivering proposals to prospects and developing internal and external networks. Reviewing bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT returns completed by team members to ensure accuracy and compliance. Overseeing the workflow of the bookkeeping team by reviewing weekly work plans and ensuring deadlines are met. Serving as the main point of contact for clients regarding bookkeeping and VAT return submissions. What this client is ideally seeking: AAT, ACCA, or ACA qualification (or qualified by experience). Previous experience in an accountancy practice (desirable but not essential). Strong people management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams. Extensive bookkeeping experience and a solid understanding of VAT and management accounts.
