Role: Senior FS Engineer
Location: Actemium Automation Nottingham - Main office (Ilkeston)
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5hrs per week, Flexible Hours
Salary Range: £50,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience)

About the role
As a Senior Engineer at Actemium Automation Nottingham, you will play a crucial role in our project lifecycle. A customer-focused role, you will assist the business in creating new tenders, direct sourcing, and working collaboratively with the Project Managers.
Main Responsibilities
* Direct liaison with customers and internal design/management team
* Onsite commissioning and testing of control systems while adhering to site regulations
* Provide technical supervision of system design, build and installation personnel; identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
* Design and testing of control systems in accordance with agreed specifications, applicable standards and legislative requirements
The Person
* Engineering background: degree in Electrical or related field
* High level of ability to understand and produce control system design documents
* Strong understanding of technical project life cycle
* Good time management skills, and ability to demonstrate a structured and methodical approach to work
* Good appreciation of industrial software controls systems
