Do you have experience providing EA support to Senior Leadership teams? We are looking for an Executive Assistant with at least 5 years’ experience supporting at board level. You will also be working with a team of 2 EAs and assisting them when required. This role will be based in the Birmingham office with hybrid working to include 3 days at home and 2 in the office each week. The candidate should be already supporting at board level and as has worked as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the EA role and what it can bring to a business and the people we support. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for: Working as part of an EA team Assisting with administration across a variety of functions Email management Calendar/diary management Preparing correspondence (for email) Taking telephone calls Meeting room preparation for directors and other meetings (when required) Attending team meetings when requested Assisting with expense claims Travel itinerary management including booking trains and hotels Assisting with the organisation and management corporate hospitality where applicable Assisting with event management Assisting with planning & delivering staff events including travel and activities Key Skills & Experience: Experience of working as an Executive Assistant to board-level directors Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) Display good interpersonal and communication skills; talks and writes logically, concisely and persuasively. Actively listens, communicates ideas and information in the appropriate manner for the audience. The ability to be a self-starter who is happy to work independently as well as part of a team.
