About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Governance Operations Manager to oversee the coordination of a robust clinical quality and governance framework within our Community Health and Integrated Care Division.
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of our governance framework, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement governance policies and procedures
* Monitor and report on governance performance metrics
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, healthcare management)
* At least 5 years of experience in governance or a related field
* Excellent communication and project management skills
Salary Details
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
