If you are we'd love to hear from you This Service Manager post will be one of five working across the Harrogate & Rural Alliance (HARA) delivering integrated adult community service within people's home and also in the Harrogate District Hospital. Our HARA community hubs bring together health and social care to keep people safe in their own homes. Main duties of the job To lead & manage a number of operational managers within the Harrogate and Rural Alliance and its aligned services. Ensuring that the care provided by community nursing, discharge nursing, therapy, social care assessment and provider staff is of high quality and wherever possible maximises opportunities for independence and recovery, are safe and take account of the strengths and assets of adults with care and support needs and their carers. You will play a key role in developing services in response to National initiatives such as Ageing Well as well as responding to local needs. Working closely with health and social care clinical leads you will ensure that quality of care and patient and staff safety remain a priority and work within a financial envelope to deliver an efficient and effective service.
