MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTABILITY • Direct report to the Managing Director Desired Qualifications / Accreditations: IOSH NEBOSH SMSTS Duties of the Health and Safety Manager: Audit sites and issue reports Review and action with site team red marks in reports Manage diary with interface with Ops senior team on site audits to ensure all projects covered between themselves and Safety Services Ownership of the companies policy and ensure our business is working in line on site Check site structure and filing in line with ISO Monthly reports for the board on the company H&S across the board Support the sites on prestart meetings, CPP population and site set up check list Assist and own the ISO accreditation audits along with the company senior team Assist with tender H&S elements such as site set up and logistics Reactive audits where needed Oversee and sign off the PQQ system for supply chain (Will need assistance at the start) Ensure that all our policies are up to date with interface with policy writers Work alongside safety services on the WISE systems Supply chain H&S meetings Liaise with Client health & Safety team on live projects Monitor the HSE website for new legislation and current events in construction
