Role: Used Car Business Manager
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £32,000 OTE £60,000 plus Car!
Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a premium car dealership in Liverpool to find them an experienced Business Manager (Used Cars).
Your role will be to:
1. Focus on the sales strategy to increase sales revenue and profit in accordance with a growth plan and retention of current customers.
2. Ensure compliance to the dealership and regulatory sales processes in order to treat customers fairly.
3. Adhere to retail policies in compliance with legal and manufacturer guidelines in order to pass internal/external audits.
4. Achieve customer satisfaction and brand standard requirements for brand partners.
5. Ensure Sales Executives are committed to customer satisfaction and process excellence.
6. Facilitate for all Sales Executives ensuring they are trained and reviewed to the required standards and to support the sales team through coaching and development.
7. Maintain relationships with internal colleagues, brand partners, finance and insurance partners.
8. Utilize excellent relationship and interpersonal skills.
9. Adapt to each customer and ensure the finance package is tailored to their individual needs.
10. Have experience as a Business Manager, Sales Controller, Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive.
You will work Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm, with every other weekend off, plus a day in the week every week! Lead a team of 6 Used Car Sales Executives. The dealership is offering a basic salary of £32,000 OTE £60,000 and a company car!
