DUTIES:
* Assist in developing and implementing supported employment and support service activities
* Analyze job and environmental needs
* Engage in task analysis and development of behavior management plans
* Carry out specific skill training plans for participants as instructed
* Assist participants with their mobility and communication needs while in the community
* Identify participant needs and address them as appropriate
* Maintain detailed records of service provided and prepare reports
* Participate in regular staff meetings and maintain constant communication with supervisors
* Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. One to two years of experience in the Human Services field is preferred.
Driving: Must maintain a CA driver's license and be insured to drive in California. Must have reliable transportation.
