Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are seeking an experienced Side Loader FLT driver to join our busy client in Kirkby in Ashfield.
Our client supply timber and timber related products and a looking for a combi driver to join their growing team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Working as a part of a team, within a fast paced, busy timber yard, your duties will include:
• Picking timber from locations using a side loader / combi FLT
• Some physical work / manual labour when required
• Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries when required
• Keeping the yard tidy, free from packaging and adhering to health and safety on site
About You:
• You carry a side loader / combi FLT license - Must be accredited
• You are looking for long term, permanent employment
• You are comfortable working in all weathers in an outdoor environment
• Must have safety boots and hi viz
• A degree of physical fitness due to the manual labour side of the role
The Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7am - 4:45pm & Friday 7am - 3:30pm
Pay:
£13.50ph, time and a third is paid at £17.88ph after completing 50 hours
