We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join our dedicated and busy team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage multiple high-end construction projects while contributing to the continued success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day activities on site, potentially managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor on-site teams, ensuring high levels of productivity and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage project costs, monitor budgets, track variations, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Liaise directly with clients, architects, and the MSBC team to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, project schedules, and health and safety documentation.
• Ensure efficient site operations through the use of IT tools, including proficiency with Excel and project management software.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and safety on site.
Key Requirements:
• A trade background and several years of experience within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects within budget and on time.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, architects, and project teams effectively.
• Strong IT and Excel proficiency.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take the lead when required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
