Working as Casual member of staff you would be requested to work for 3 hours in the morning visiting Sheltered Schemes, ensuring the tenants are welfare checked and accounted for. Dealing with repair issues, tenant enquiries and routine equipment tests (full training will be given).
You should have good communication skills, ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Experience of listening to and understanding the needs of the elderly/vulnerable adults is key to this role. Weekend work will be required.
Proven experience in working within a similar field is essential.
The successful applicants will be required to undergo a check with the Barring Service.
Casual Hours of work are 3 hours in the morning, you can choose to work the hours offered or decline.
Hours are worked on Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays (Optional).
DBS clearance is required for this role.
