Prince are working with a Telford based client who have a vacancy for a Recruitment Advisor to join their busy HR team on a temporary basis. The role will support the overall Talent Management strategy, and the successful applicant will undertake the day-to-day activities of the full recruitment process as well as maintaining full administrative and audit activities.
Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:
* Proactively source and contact candidates and promote internal vacancies to them.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant employment legislation and inform hiring managers about changes that may potentially impact recruitment and resourcing.
* To oversee and manage the recruitment administration and screening processes, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to offer of employment.
* Participate in recruitment fairs and career events and other recruitment events as required / necessary.
* Responsible for the coordination of shortlisting and interview set-up, including finalising the schedule, calling candidates, sending invites, and liaising with managers to ensure that all paperwork is sent prior to interview
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum or 2 years’ experience in a similar role within in-house recruitment.
* You must have a positive proactive approach in contacting potential candidates
* Able to build credibility and rapport with hiring managers and candidates
* IT literate including MS Office packages
* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
* Organised and able to prioritise own workload
* Available for to start at short notice
