No two days are the same, but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect: Preparation of monthly management accounts, cashflows and share insights that shape decision-making. Lead and mentor a team of four. Oversee month-end processes, payroll submissions and statutory accounts preparation. Spot trends, address issues before they arise, and adapt to changes—all while helping drive value improvement and cost efficiency. Play an integral part in our annual Budgeting process. Participate in strategic projects that stretch your skills and positively impact the business. Review financial policies with the Head of Finance, ensuring they reflect best practice and that we are compliant. What We’re Looking For? Are you a natural leader, who is commercially minded and equipped with technical finance skills? Do you enjoy problem-solving and being a part of a team? You bring out the best in others, with experience in managing and mentoring teams. You know your stuff and you have experience to back it up – from crafting profit and loss reports, to supporting payroll and knowledge of MIS systems. Xero experience - Desirable, but not essential. You see the bigger picture and know how to make the numbers work for growth. You’re a strong communicator - you bring clarity and confidence to every interaction. Qualifications: CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in management accounting. Why Join Us?
