Job Summary
We are seeking an organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities
1. Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and typing
2. Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
3. Maintain office organisation and cleanliness
4. Provide administrative support and assistance to our Projects and Service Teams, which will include scanning, diary management and scheduling, minute taking, and coordinating travel arrangements.
5. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
6. Maintain and organise files, records, and presentations.
7. Assist with the preparation of tender documentation, project proposals, and training materials.
8. Assist with the ordering of goods, parts, and equipment.
9. Reconcile time entries for staff.
10. Handle and transfer incoming phone calls and enquiries.
11. Administer office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
1. Experience in an administrative or office role
2. Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
4. Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
