As the CRM Assistant, you will support the CRM team in the briefing and deployment of emails, test creation, customer targeting and segmentation, email QA process and campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support on campaign creation, from concept through to deployment
2. Work with Responsys ESP to set up, test and QA email campaigns
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align on channel plans
4. Support on the day-to-day management of the email plan for BAU campaigns
5. Stay informed on industry insights and trends, sharing these with the wider team to support the optimisation of Liberty emails
6. Create summaries and share insights from CRM campaigns with key stakeholders
Experience

* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects on-time
* A keen interest in retail, email marketing or customer behaviour
* University degree with emphasis on customer behaviour or marketing (desirable)
