Find My Staff are recruiting an Ecommerce Manager on behalf of our client based in Rainham, Essex. The working days are Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm. Your duties will include: Monitoring expenses/ conversion rates ensuring that no funds are owed Monitoring and overseeing klarna and clearpay disputes Monitoring sales reports to identify random surges/ peaks and selling out products Setting up of apps Editing of website Creating product pages Updating deals and themes Setting up international stores (with translated language) Setting up payment gateways for new stores Applying for a trademark on new brands for Amazon/ products Monitoring trustpilot reviews to ensure these are positive Dealing with wholesale enquiries Ensuring all systems/ tasks are being complete to avoid delays Answering customer service questions/ monitoring warehouse team Working on a container calculator to work out COG's Understanding of shopify in detail Working with developer and designer to see a project through Be able to manage different teams and ensure projects are completed For this role you MUST have prior experience/ intermediate knowledge with Shopify as this is the ecommerce platform used.
