Claims Operations Manager – UK

Our UK Claims team operates on a hybrid basis with the flexibility to work both virtually and from a regional office.

What the day will look like
1. Assisting in the monthly operational governance process and produce output suitable for inclusion.
2. Escalation, tracking and completion of actions raised in audit and assurance work.
3. Delivery of successful operational and business-related change projects as needed
4. Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver company initiatives.
5. Assisting with change management and operational improvements
6. Identifying and implementing of key change projects that improves operational efficiency or regulatory adherence, including project management, and other ad-hoc support as required.
7. Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and compliance with policies including participation in the management of risks (including the completion of mandatory training) that may adversely impact the business interests or reputation of the Group Company
8. Managing Key Stakeholders and developing relationships with business colleagues

12. Understanding of the Insurance Industry particularly claims would be an advantage
13. Strong track record in change management and operational improvement or process re-engineering.
14. Demonstrates flexibility of thought to the extent that plans can be adjusted as performance dictates.
15. Proficient PowerPoint, Excel & data configuration skills with the ability to utilise data to support recommendations and inspire change.
