We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager for our brand new 229-room Aparthotel on Park St, Cambridge, London, to help us create a truly amazing Wilde experience for our guests.

What you can do for us:
* Implement and uphold the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department.
* Take full ownership of maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards.
* Manage customer interactions and assist with the daily operations and administration of the Housekeeping department.
* Inspect all goods received by the Housekeeping department for quality and quantity.
* Maintain accountability for all Housekeeping equipment and keep sufficient inventory levels.
* Provide training, guidance, and supervision to the Housekeeping team.
* Regularly evaluate individual and team performance against set objectives.
* Create and execute department-specific training plans.
* Cultivate collaborative relationships with other departments.
* Demonstrate flexibility by taking on project work and responding to ad hoc requests.
* Generate revenue and cost forecasts and ensure they remain within budgetary limits.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven track record in hotel or hospitality, with prior experience in housekeeping.
* Exceptional eye for detail.
* Outstanding communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
* Dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
* Excellent communication skills, highly focused, motivated, and professional in appearance.
* A self-motivator with attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
* Ability to motivate, appraise, support and challenge the team.
* No formal qualifications are essential, but you must demonstrate commitment and leadership.
