CMA Recruitment Group are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on behalf of a well-established business based in Nursling, Hampshire, on a contract basis. This assignment will last c12 months to cover internal absence.
This is an exciting role for an entry-level or junior candidate giving the perfect opportunity in a diverse and supporting team.
What will the Accounts Administrator role involve?
1. Post and reconcile bank transactions daily; check and upload supplier payments for authorisation.
2. Manage Accounts Payable by ensuring timely entry of purchase invoices, including inter-company inventory invoices.
3. Handle Accounts Receivable, raise sales credit notes, set up new customers, and manage customer stop lists and rebates.
4. Maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders, while handling ad hoc financial tasks.

2. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with a calm and professional manner.
