About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual to join the finance team and support key financial processes. This role is essential in ensuring that financial operations run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly.
As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for invoice management, financial reporting, compliance processes, and general financial administration. You will play a crucial role in liaising with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, and maintaining structured financial records.
Key Responsibilities
* Invoice Management – Processing invoices, ensuring correct approvals, liaising with vendors, and addressing queries.
* Financial Record-Keeping – Maintaining accurate records, updating travel registers, and ensuring compliance with financial procedures.
* Reporting & Analysis – Assisting with financial reporting, including monthly cost reviews, tax compliance, and partner financial statements.
* Administrative Support – Managing payroll-related documentation, supporting audit requests, and helping coordinate financial compliance efforts.
* Process & Compliance Management – Ensuring smooth financial processes by tracking payments, maintaining the fixed asset register, and supporting risk management.
* Collaboration – Working closely with teams in Cape Town and external finance providers to ensure accurate reporting and documentation flow.
What We’re Looking For
* Attention to Detail – You ensure accuracy in financial reporting, invoices, and compliance processes.
* Strong Organisational Skills – You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and work within strict deadlines.
* Basic Financial Knowledge – Experience with invoice processing, financial documentation, and reporting.
* Excel Skills – Ability to use basic formulas for financial tracking and analysis.
* Process-Driven Mindset – You enjoy working within structured finance systems and improving processes.
* Tech-Savvy – Prior exposure to financial software such as Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
* Proactive & Collaborative Approach – Ability to work independently while liaising with internal teams and finance providers.
