We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join their team as the Customer Service Assistant and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their valued customers.
The role includes:
* Assessing product issues and working with workshop teams to resolve them
* Track and issue repairs to the workshop
* Coordinate with regional offices for stock transfers
* Sourcing stones, findings etc for urgent orders
* Overseeing workshop repair costs
* General customer service
* Booking returns and repairs in a timely manner
* Sending products for hallmarking
* Preparing office collections, book appointments for collections
* Work with the wider team to undertake regular stock checks
What we're looking for:
* An individual with strong knowledge of jewellery (Metals, settings, tolerances, etc)
* Product assessment
* Customer service or workshop related experience
* Customer service & handling customer queries over the phone and via email
