Description As a Team Coach at Motability Operations, you'll play a crucial role in driving success and performance for individuals, teams, and the wider department through effective coaching practices. The Coaching Team support operational key objectives and deliverables by creating engaging coaching support sessions, assessing performance, and providing valuable insight to improve the Employee Experience. Ultimately, we help our specialists and account managers develop their knowledge and skills to deliver an exceptional Customer/Dealer Experience. This is a varied role where you will have the chance to work together with other areas of your team and the wider business. We are a support function, this means we need to be available for our clients between 08.00am-19.00pm, however you'll have the flexibility to adapt your shift to best suit the department you support. Qualifications We're looking for some who's an effective developer. You will have a passion for coaching, and be able to plan, assess, and deliver effective 1-to-1 coaching sessions to support individual and team performance goals. You will actively represent the customer throughout our organisation, highlighting trends, suggesting and implementing improvements, and providing feedback to colleagues on ways we can deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll be a confident and capable multi-tasker, with experience adhering to deadlines and managing your workload effectively. As a great team player, you're ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with a variety of activities across our coaching team and the clients we support. Your focus on personal development is key; you regularly identify and work on areas for self-improvement. You'll be a role model for Motability Operations' values and behaviours, striving to act autonomously and making decisions within corporate guidelines.
