Role: IT Account Manager
Location: Hybrid (Office & Remote)
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing:
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our client base.
* Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
* Understanding client needs and recommending IT solutions that align with their business objectives.
* Managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals.
* Collaborating with marketing and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
* Tracking and reporting sales activities and pipeline progress with accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: At least 5 years in sales or account management within the Managed Services Industry.
* Sales Approach: A consultative, relationship-driven approach with strong interpersonal skills.
* Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of contracts, recurring revenue models, and tailored IT solutions.
* Independence & Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a smaller business environment, navigating challenges with resourcefulness.
* Tech-Savvy: Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Autotask, Kaseya, Ability, and other quoting tools.
* Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
