The Team & Focus of the Role
We have a new role for a Property Manager to join our Rural Property Management team in Worcester. This rewarding role has come through the growth of the department over the last year, with some exciting new clients.
As a property manager, you will be working closely with our Rural Property Management Team, supporting them with a variety of tasks including tenancy administration, managing a property compliance database, assisting with organising routine repairs and maintenance, liaising with clients, tenants and contractors and undertaking property inspections and site visits.
This is a permanent full-time position on a 37.5 hour contract (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm), with the benefit of a hybrid working policy and flexible working.

Duties will include:
* Maintaining and updating property and tenancy data in our new property management software packages (Released and Meridian)
* Compliance management to include reviewing and uploading documents and instructing contractors on routine repairs and maintenance
* Creating and maintaining a variety of documentation for Estate records, such as tenancy agreements, rent review notices, compliance certificates.
* Liaising with clients, contractors, tenants and 3rd parties to ensure the smooth running of our client’s portfolios
* Ensuring the client files (paper or electronic) are organised correctly
* Supporting Fisher German internal compliance systems such as approved contractors and supplier management
* Focal Point – invoicing & setting up new jobs
* General administration including filing & organising meetings
* Property and land inspections, utility meter readings, meeting contractors and tenants
