Key Responsibilities
Provide general labour support to site
Load and unload building materials and distribute to appropriate locations
Remove rubbish and building material from work areas
Dig trenches, backfill holes etc. to prepare for construction
Clean and prepare construction sites as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE at all times
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Assist with basic measurements and marking positions
Report any hazards or safety concerns to site management
Required Experience & Qualifications
Previous construction site experience preferred but not essential for right candidate
Valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
Understanding of basic construction site safety procedures
Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual labour
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm
Outdoor work in various weather conditions
Physically demanding role requiring lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
Must adhere to all site safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
