ABOUT THE MENTAL HEALTH RECOVERY WORKER ROLE As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, reablement, and rehabilitation. Working within a trauma-informed and psychologically informed environment (PIE), you will provide person-centred support that empowers residents/participants to achieve their goals and improve their well-being. Here, youll support individuals transitioning from complex care or acute mental health services to a structured rehabilitation setting. Working closely with the mental health trust community rehabilitation team, youll help residents overcome challenging behaviour's and support medication compliance, making a real difference every day. Join us to be a part of a team thats dedicated to empowering and transforming lives Penrose Enfield: Is a vibrant care and rehabilitation service, offering 21 beds in a 24 hour supported accommodation to adults with complex mental health needs. Shift Pattern: Average hours per week will be 37.5 however this will vary due to shift patterns which could mean 32.5 or 43hours per week on Rota. Rota will be a 3 monthly rolling Rota Monday to Sunday face to face. Shifts are not confirmed but can vary from Early: 07:30 - 15:30,Late: 13:00 - 21:00, Long day 07:30 - 21:00, Night shift: 20:30 - 08:00, following a pattern of 3 days on, 4 days off, then 4 days on, 3 days off. Additionally, 1 hour in lieu is provided monthly. Salary: £26,100 What are we looking for from a Mental Health Recovery Worker?
