BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Housing and Facilities Co- Ordinator to work within a retirement living service in North Watford\nThe role is to oversee the running and upkeep of the service, maintaining extremely high standards across all areas and delivering excellent customer service to clients and service users across the board.\nMain duties include\n * Reporting repairs\n * Liasing with contractors\n * Health and safety checks\n * Managing the cleaning and gardening teams\n * General facilities management\n * Providing outstanding customer service at all times\nThe role will be for 20 hours per week, across 4 days, that will ideally be delivered over Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, between the hours of 9:00am till 2:00pm though there can be flexibility. This is an ongoing agency role in the first instance with a good possibility of becoming permanent foe the right person.\nThe hourly rate for this role is £15.49 per hour.\nApply now for immediate consideration
