Job Description
1. Compliance and Standards : Interpret legislative requirements and TUV group procedures to develop and implement appropriate QHSE standards and procedures for the TRIS business.
2. Certification Maintenance : Ensure TRIS maintains compliance and retains ISO certifications.
3. Audit Coordination : Lead and coordinate audits conducted by external bodies such as Certification Bodies, customers, HSE, and TUV Rheinland Group.
4. Expert Advice : Provide comprehensive QHSE advice and support to TRIS management and staff.
5. Training Development : Identify QHSE training needs, develop and implement training programs, and manage training metrics and tracking systems.
6. KPI Reporting : Monitor QHSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management and staff.
7. Internal Audits : Execute an internal QHSE audit program in accordance with ISO and TUV Rheinland standards.
8. Procedure Management : Implement a suite of QHSE controlled procedures, records, and systems.
9. Incident Management : Lead and coordinate investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
10. Customer Relations : Manage customer complaints and ensure resolution in accordance with established procedures.
11. Risk Assessment : Provide risk assessment support and approval to ensure safety and compliance.
12. Culture Promotion : Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the organization. Represent TRIS QHSE at external conferences and customer presentations.
13. Communication : Disseminate key safety learnings and statistics to TRIS and TUV Rheinland stakeholders.
14. Competency Management : Coordinate the centralized training and competency system management (CARD).
15. Management Review : Coordinate and perform annual Management Review of TRIS activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
16. Significant experience in a QHSE role within the industry.
17. NEBOSH certification (or equivalent). Support for obtaining this qualification is available if not already attained.
18. ISO Audit experience and/or qualification.
19. Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
