We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Designer who can make a positive impact on the user experience of our clients.
We have an exciting opportunity within the Business Transformation Services (BTS) division of Atos, as part of the Customer Experience (CX) Team, Central Functions. You will join a team of Customer Experience professionals based across the UK in our Customer Experience and Innovation Centres, also known as ‘CX Labs.’
The position will help you build skills in different areas of Customer and User Experience specifically in digital products, journeys, and communications in the Financial Services industry. You will gain experience in business-critical projects and build an insight into Business Operations.
Full CX Designer training will be provided but we want to hear from candidates who:

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
* Working in our Edinburgh CX Lab, managing and organizing design workshops, hosting client sessions and general day-to-day running of the facility.
* Executing CX Methodology, including data analysis, persona creation, problem solving, process and journey mapping, design systems, prototyping, content design, testing and research.
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and other disciplines to ensure a smooth implementation of designs, including communicating with external clients.
* Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our product offering.
* Ambitious to challenge business problems, approaches, and methods by proposing alternative but suitable design solutions.
* Generate meaningful insights and communicate this in a succinct, but creative presentation style providing input to discussions and design playbacks.
* Occasional multimedia content creation using AV studio including Green Screen and editing engaging communication using tools such as Adobe creative cloud suite.
To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of experience, skills, and personal attributes:
* Any degree discipline or relevant business experience
* Express a willingness to learn from a variety of Business, Design, and IT activities.
* CX methodology training can be provided in full but an interest in process improvement, UX, market research, or user centricity is important.
* This is a hybrid role which is flexible but typically 2 or 3 days a week on site in Edinburgh is essential.
We would be open to seeing a portfolio showcasing your design process, or a demonstratable proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe, or similar
