What We Expect
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the hotel's menu and standards.
* Assist in menu planning and the development of new dishes, ensuring seasonal and local ingredients are utilized.
* Oversee and manage specific kitchen sections, ensuring timely preparation and service of meals.
* Ensure all food is prepared in a sanitary and professional manner, following health and safety regulations.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in their culinary development.
* Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock, ordering supplies as necessary.
* Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to streamline operations and optimize kitchen workflow.
* Manage kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.
