Senior Family Therapist
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Family Therapist to join our team in Bristol. This is an opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions and making a meaningful difference in the lives of families and individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert therapeutic support to families, tailoring interventions to their specific needs.
* Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals and families.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.
* Lead and mentor junior therapists, offering guidance, supervision, and training as required.
* Develop and implement therapeutic programmes to address complex family dynamics and mental health challenges.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, upholding confidentiality and professional standards.
* Support the ongoing development and improvement of family therapy services within our organisation.
Requirements:
* A recognised qualification in Family Therapy (e.g., MSc, Diploma, or equivalent).
* Accreditation with a relevant professional body (e.g., AFT, UKCP, BACP, or equivalent).
