They are also involved in creating composite materials such as carbon fibre tubes and aero-structures. Primary Responsibilities: You will be responsible for supporting Aerospace Propulsion programs. Conduct assembly and component analysis structural, ballistic, thermal to support design Support bid and proposal preparation including: scope of work, technical volume, schedules, and budgets Support creation of detailed IRAD plans and support continuous improvement projects Participate in Change Review Board meetings by preparing and presenting TDP process changes Participate in Phase Gate Review meets for development programs Required Experience & Skills: BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or similar technical field Seeking 5-12 years of engineering experience, Aerospace or Defence industry experience preferred Knowledge of closed form and finite element analysis Knowledge of solid modelling and detail drawing creation Candidates will be put forward for Security Clearance SC once the job has been accepted.
