Job Brief
As a valued SDR, you will be at the front line, influencing the market and accelerating company growth. Responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. The successful Sales Development Representative can expect:
* Uncapped OTE of £45 - £52k

Job Specification: responsibilities
* Research, identify and influence potential prospects and generate new business opportunities for the company
* Online network, build awareness and influence via outbound social media, phone and email
* Set appointments and follow up on leads
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets including account mapping and ABM.
* Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
* Stay up-to-date with technology, market trends, competition, and industry developments
* Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
* Be creative, develop your skills and share best practice
Profile: skills traits, and experience
* 3-5 years+ of experience in sales
* 3+ years’ outbound SaaS SDR experience
* Understanding of protech, fintech markets desirable not essential
* Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is essential. LinkedIn and AI tool exposure is desirable.

* Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
* Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
