Job Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of crew transfer and survey operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication between operational teams, clients, and stakeholders while maintaining project timelines and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will be at the heart of operations, promoting a safety-first culture and contributing to the continuous improvement of services. You must be able to drive due to the location. Main Duties: Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of crew transfer/survey projects, ensuring schedules are met safely and efficiently. Facilitate communications between clients, crew members, and management teams. Develop and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments (in collaboration with HSE), permits, and compliance records. Assist in planning and allocating resources, including vessel scheduling and crew assignments. Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations, company policies, and best practices. Support logistics operations, including coordinating supplies and equipment for transfers. Facilitate safety briefings and ensure all crew and passengers are informed of procedures and protocols. Assist in incident reporting and investigations to improve operational safety and efficiency. Attend meetings, contribute to strategic planning, and support continuous service improvement. Work closely with HSE to ensure projects are compliant with contract terms. Perform any additional ad hoc tasks as required to support your role.
