You will have had exposure to selling Voice, VoIP, Teams, Connectivity.

The successful candidate will be taking on responsibility for managing the development of some existing client accounts, including new solution sales into those clients. Some attention to new client acquisition will also be expected.

Key Responsibilities and main tasks and activities:
1. Selling products and services in a B2B environment by:
2. Working with the Head of Sales and the Marketing Director to participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to generate awareness of services and new business opportunities.
3. New business lead generation through various means such as business networking events, referral partnerships, cold calling, exhibitions, and working with our existing client base to be referred into other opportunities within the same vertical market.
4. Quickly responding to inbound sales inquiries that are allocated to you.
5. Regular face-to-face contact with customer accounts that are allocated to you.
6. Quickly and accurately responding to all enquiries from your allocated customer accounts.
7. Develop and maintain an account plan for each account managed client.
8. Cross-selling the product portfolio to your allocated client base.
9. Entering data into the company’s CRM software and maintaining the accuracy of the data over time.
10. Attendance of all relevant training courses as arranged by the company.
11. Independent learning for personal and professional development.
