Junior Business Analyst - Conversational AI
Location: Manchester, England (partly remote)

The Role
As a Conversational AI Junior Business Analyst, you will assist in shaping and delivering customer solutions using our conversational AI products. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our AI solutions are not only advanced but also tailored to solve real-world business challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work closely with business analysts, customers, bot architects, and technical teams to define and refine project requirements for conversational AI applications.
2. Assist with requirements analysis to understand and document user needs, preferences, and pain points.
3. Play a key role in testing and QA aspects of bot development.
4. Assist in translating business requirements into solutions using our low-code platform.
5. Keep up with AI trends such as generative AI to keep solutions relevant and competitive.
6. Assist with communication between stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment, understanding, and delivery of project goals.
7. Assist in the design of conversational end-user interfaces and agent experiences that are intuitive and engaging.
8. Perform data analysis to monitor usage patterns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
9. Assist with the preparation and delivery of reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including internal teams, colleagues, and customers.
11. Familiarity with basic coding principles (without needing to be a software engineer).
Skills & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Exposure to Chatbots, AI, machine learning, or any related technologies.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working in a cross-functional team environment.
5. Exposure to agile project management methodologies.
6. Awareness of process mapping, and use of diagramming methods.
7. Passion for staying updated on AI technology trends and advancements.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Exposure to conversational interfaces or chatbots.
2. Awareness of AI and natural language processing.
3. Prior experience in a startup or tech-focused company or industry experience in Banking, Finance, or Insurance.
