The current opportunities available in Croydon require candidates whom have a full UK driving licence .

Working in one of our Supported Living or Residential Care homes, You will use your skills and life experiences to help make an instant difference to the people we support, building relationships with the individuals and their families. enabling them to overcome fears and challenges, while developing and building their confidence and self-esteem.

Your responsibilities:
To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
To develop daily living skills.
Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.
To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support.

basic salary £12.52 - £13.08 p/h
