The Role
As a Stores Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in managing our stock and shipping operations. From processing deliveries to liaising with couriers, your day-to-day responsibilities will ensure smooth and efficient logistics for our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking, packing, and shipping orders
Creating import/export shipping documentation
Providing courier and freight quotations & transit times
Liaising with courier and freight companies for timely deliveries
Troubleshooting shipment issues in transit
Processing incoming deliveries
Loading and unloading deliveries (manual and lifting equipment)
Managing inventory using SAP systems
Providing up-to-date stock information to sales teams
Conducting weekly/monthly/annual stock checks
Purchasing, sales, and stock processing within SAP
Sourcing and purchasing stock items
Maintaining records in line with ISO9001 quality standards
Arranging calibration of test and lifting equipment
Handling returned/faulty equipment, including warranty replacements
Keeping the stores area organised, including waste management
Providing holiday cover across departments when needed

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a structured environment and has a keen eye for organisation. About you:
Good computer skills
Strong organisational abilities
Physically capable of lifting and moving stock
Ability to troubleshoot logistical issues
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
Desired Experience & Training:
Warehouse/Stock Control experience
Global shipping knowledge
Familiarity with SAP systems
Sales, purchasing, and administration experience
Training in: Dangerous Goods, Lifting & Handling, Forklift Operation (preferred but not essential)
