Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Mid Kent – Hybrid
Type: Permanent role
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Are you on the lookout for a varied new role? Pearson Whiffin are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience within a logistics environment.
Duties include:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
2. Ensure that all customer requirements are satisfied throughout the supply chain process.
3. Processing and dispatching customer orders on time.
4. Ensure customer orders are correct and delivered within agreed SLAs.
5. Invoicing.
6. Dealing with transport bookings.
7. Stock management.
8. Preparation of shipping documentation.
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
1. Experience within a similar customer service role.
2. Computer literate and advanced Excel skills.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask.
5. Able to work within a fast-paced environment.
