THE JOB We are searching for ambitious, highly motivated, creative and thoughtful Product Design Intern(s) As a Product Design Intern, you will work with our world-class product delivery teams to provide user experience design, visual/interface design, interaction design, and research support on a wide range of projects. Your contributions will reach over a billion fans and clients as we innovate and evolve our products. This role is open to recent graduates or current undergraduates looking for a 12-month placement. Candidates in digital or product design programs with focus in UX/UI design are preferred. This is a paid, 12-month position. You have a promising design portfolio of websites, mobile applications, and visual or product design work. Passion for design, user behavior, technology, and current trends is critical. Ability to use design software (Adobe CS, Figma, Sketch) and prototype is a bonus. Strong conceptual and typography skills are desired. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Assist senior team members with product design (UX/UI) and brand marketing for global products Adopt core information architecture and interaction design skills through project lifecycles Conduct user and competitive research Identify user types, journeys, and develop strategic UX vision Generate wireframes, prototypes, and required documentation Understand long-term vision and strategic business goals Maintain UX research, documentation, and brand asset libraries Conduct internal QA tests to ensure design specifications are met Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing usability tests Work with Analytics and product management to make measurable UX decisions Stay informed of industry best practices and design trends WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES) Graduates - Minimum 2:1 (UK)/3.0 GPA (USA) in a design or relevant discipline Undergraduates - Currently achieving 2:1 (UK)/3.0 (USA) and eligible for a placement Basic grounding in UX principles with a thoughtful portfolio Intermediate understanding of technology capabilities for user experiences Minimum knowledge of industry-standard design tools Experience using Microsoft Office tools Design portfolio showcasing UX skills required YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES) Creative thinker with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated individual Effective management of targets and deadlines Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentation preparation and delivery skills Our work is guided by our values: Reliability - We power live event experiences and rely on each other.
